As Executive Director of the Interagency Coalition on AIDS and Development (ICAD), Robin Montgomery has 20+ years’ experience working on HIV and global health in Canadian and international settings. Prior to joining ICAD, Robin’s international experience focused on Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA). She spent a decade in EECA working on HIV and health equity with local and international communities to increase access to quality, culturally and gender-sensitive HIV programs and services for vulnerable and key affected populations. Robin is Board Member to the Developed Country NGO Delegation and Chair of the Implementer Group to the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. She supports the NGO delegation to the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board, and is interim civil society representative to the Health Systems Connector, ACT-Accelerator. Robin holds a Masters in Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
