Participants can register to attend the conference in person in Ottawa or virtually. All sessions will be recorded; participants will be able to access recorded sessions for up to three months.
Our conference fees follow a progressive structure that takes into consideration both the attendees’ career progression and their country's income classification. CAGH members living in low- and middle-income countries, as well as students and post-docs, can attend the conference virtually for free.

Community Registration Scholarships
Community involvement is a hallmark of health research. In recognition of this important role and thanks to sponsors’ generous support, CAGH will be offering up Community Registration Scholarships for virtual or in-person attendance to CCGH 2023.

The application deadline is September 25, 2023.
Cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel your registration more than 30 days before the conference begins, we will refund your payment, but there will be a $50 service charge per registration deducted from the refund. If you cancel with less than 29 days but more than 7 days’ notice, you will receive a refund, but there will be a $60 service charge deducted.
Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made within 6 days of the conference start date. If you fail to cancel your registration before the 7-day mark and do not attend the conference, we cannot provide any refunds or credit. Please be aware that registration fees are still owed even if payments are not received.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, we offer the option to transfer your registration to a virtual pass. If you request this change more than 7 days before the conference, we will refund the price difference between the two options.
