Since the beginning of 2000, Chantal Blouin's work has mainly focused on the impact of trade and trade agreements on population health. Chantal has been a member of the Lancet-University of Oslo Commission on Global Governance for health. She continues to work on global governance and health, and on the impact of trade agreements on the ability of public authorities to adopt policies favorable to health, in particular for the prevention of chronic diseases.
