Are you passionate about global health and eager to make a difference? The Canadian Association for Global Health is seeking enthusiastic students and young professionals to help shape the 2023 Global Health Students & Young Professionals Summit. This pre-conference Summit, designed by and for young leaders, will take place on October 15, 2023, in Ottawa. By joining the planning committee, you'll play a vital role in developing the Summit's content and making a lasting impact.
As a planning committee member, you'll work alongside a diverse team of dedicated individuals, collaborating to create an engaging and impactful event. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills, gain hands-on experience, and build connections within the global health community. We are seeking volunteers to staff the following roles:
- Speakers and programming team members (three positions)
- Logistics team (two positions)
- Communications, marketing and social media team (two positions)
- Finance partnership liaison (one position)
The time commitment is approximately 4-6 hours per week, with monthly meetings from June to October. The deadline to apply is June 20, 2023, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
