This program involved the monitoring and evaluation of nine CIDA-funded health sector projects in Russia to determine the extent of anticipated results achievement and to guide development of CIDA's regional health strategy. Projects were located in Moscow, Barnaul, Chelyabinsk, Chuvashiya, Churvash Republic, Evenki Autonomous District Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Stavropol, Tver, Tura (Siberia), Tuyman, and Volgograd.
