Dr. Reshma Parvin Nuri is a recent graduate who completed her doctoral study (July 2020) in Rehabilitation Science from the School of Rehabilitation Therapy, Queen’s University, Canada. During her doctoral study, she was awarded the prestigious SSHRC—Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarships and the Queen Elizabeth II Advanced Scholars Network for Equity in Maternal and Child Health Scholarships. She also has a Master in Public Health (Bangladesh) and another Master in Rehabilitation Science (Canada). She is currently working as a Research and Learning Coordinator with the University of Gondar/Queen’s University Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. Prior to this current role, Reshma worked on different projects, including her doctoral study, that aimed to improve access to health, education and other services for children with disabilities and their families in Bangladesh. Reshma is interested to expand her experiences by working in other low- and middle-income countries.
