Registration is available in two formats: Note that all sessions will be recorded and available for up to 3 months post event to registered delegates.

In-Person - CLOSED

The CCGH will accept a limited number of people in person at the Delta Hotel in Ottawa. The number of in-person attendees will depend on public health guidelines. At this time we will accept 100 registrations and any further will be waitlisted. Note that due to the limited number of spaces we will only be offering full registration for in-person delegates.

COVID-19 Note: In-person attendees will be asked at check-in to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Virtual - virtual registration is still open, however, please expect delays in gaining access to the platform

The CCGH will offer virtual registration for the hybrid program to an unlimited number of people.

  • Payment is due immediately using a credit card. Please email us if you require special assistance.
  • Country income classification is based upon World Bank calculations 


Cancellation Policy

You may substitute delegates at any time, however, you are not permitted to split one registration for in-person attendance.


  • CAGH will refund your payment, less a 25$ service charge per registration up until 30 days before the event.
  • 29-7 business days before the event: CAGH will refund your payment, less a 50$ service charge per registration.
  • Less than 6 business days before the event: There will be no refunds issued
  • If a registered delegate fails to cancel and does not attend the event, no refunds or credit notes will be issued. Further, the registration fee is still owed if payment has not been received.


CREDIT CARD: Please follow the instructions on the invoice page to make your payment online.

  • Payment is due upon receipt by credit card.
  • Your in-person registration includes lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and all meeting materials available during the conference.
  • If registering less than two weeks prior to an event, credit card payment will be required or you will need to provide a valid government purchase order number with applicable contact information.
