Since its launch in 2018, the Canadian Women in Global Health (CWIGH) Leadership initiative has advanced discussion on gender equality in global health among researchers, practitioners, policymakers, students, and young professionals online and at in-person events across Canada.
The 2020 update to the CWIGH Directory builds on this momentum, showcasing the incredible achievements of Canadian women leaders in global health, fostering new and exciting collaborations, and advocating for gender equity in the health workforce and leadership more broadly.
The CWIGH Directory provides an opportunity to recognize the tremendous achievements of the established leaders in global health, as well as the women to watch in the near future (Emerging Leaders).
