Colleen Davison - BSc, BEd (OCT), HBOR, MPH, PhD - Is a Social Epidemiologist and Global Health researcher with an interest in child and adolescent health equity, equity-oriented research approaches and global health mentorship. Dr. Davison is currently the Associate Dean of Equity and Social Accountability in the Faculty of Health Sciences and an Associate Professor in Public Health Sciences and Global Development Studies at Queen’s University She is also one of the founding members of ARCH - a global health equity research collaborative at Queen’s University.
As a former active member of both CSIH and CCGHR, Colleen hopes to find ways to bring the strengths of each organization forward into CAGH. She believes that establishing effective structures for supporting growth, collaborations and mentorship in global health practice, research, teaching and advocacy will be essential.
Dr. Davison speaks English and intermediate-level French and is very committed to ensuring CAGH becomes a functionally bilingual organization.
